Maintaining accurate client contact data is a challenge and – post the RDR remuneration changes – there is a greater need to evidence ongoing client contact. To help, we have developed a unique data audit service in association with Equifax Touchstone. This provides a report on the recency of your client name and address data, confirming the number of clients who are either deceased or have moved away. The report also gives an indication of the availability of clients' new addresses. You can then choose whether to purchase the updated records and identify the deceased clients. In our six-month pilot, in all cases, the service has reduced the cost of the proposed mailing.

The report costs just £150 plus vat. However, this is figure is deducted from the cost of the data profiling project or marketing campaign we conduct for you (terms and conditions apply).
